This is how Babaji inspires us to perform to perform humanitarian activities. In the course of a few decades three important, different type of initiatives have been started by the Haidakhandi Samaj and blessed by Shree Muniraj Maharaj, namely:

• Shree Babaji Charitable Hospital and Research Center, Chilianaula
   
• Shree Bhole Baba Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Centre, Chilianaula

A charitable unit is high on costs and low on returns. The very philosophy is one of “no return.”  But to continue an operation at any level on an entirely charitable base tolls heavily on the core fund.  Since the hospital is entirely financed by donations, it needs an unending upkeep through the help of persons with a charitable bent of mind. Assistance is constantly needed from like-minded people throughout the world to keep this small but extremely worthwhile project afloat.
